We can help you over the phone or via a secured remote connection to your computer, via our high-speed wide bandwidth Internet connection. A Newcastle Computer Wizards support technician, may ask you to download, from the internet, a small program called Teamviewer. Teamviewer is remote connection software, that allows us to assist you via a remote connection.

If we cannot assist you to fix your problem over the phone or via remote connection, one of our technicians can come to your office (for business customers) or your home (for residential customers), and solve your problems onsite. We can also arrange to collect your computer and return it to you for free, after we carry out the repairs in our workshop.
