Workshop Repairs Newcastle Computer Wizards modern onsite workshop, is the biggest in the Hunter Valley area and staffed by our own team of expert technicians who carry out all our repairs and/or upgrades in house.

Having our own dedicated workshop with our own technicians means that we can have complete control over all aspects of your repair and/or upgrade. This way we can be certain that everything; from the drivers, the software, the operating system, down to the last nut and bolt, has been included, so that when you collect or we deliver and reinstall your computer equipment, it functions correctly and reliably from the moment it is first turned on.

Newcastle Computer Wizards maintains a huge inventory of new parts in stock at all times which enables our technicians to carry out your work in the quickest possible timeframe.

We also have a stock of older legacy and superseded new parts, which allows us to repair older desktop machines and laptops. However, please be aware that some older parts are now no longer available new, and as such we may have to source used parts.
