Workshop Our modern onsite workshop, is the biggest in the Hunter Valley and staffed by a team of expert technicians who can repair and/or upgrade your existing computer system. Newcastle Computer Wizards maintains a huge inventory of new parts in stock at all times which enables our technicians to carry out your work in the quickest possible timeframe.

Our workshop is also where all of our custom-built computer systems and servers are assembled and 'bench-tested' prior to delivery to our clients.

Servers, PC's and laptops, that we source from our wide range of suppliers, are also 'bench-tested' and any issues corrected, in our workshop by our technicians, before delivery to our customers to ensure that they are trouble-free and reliable.

Having our own dedicated workshop with our own technicians means that we can have complete control over all aspects of your new system or repair/upgrade. This way we can be certain that everything; from the drivers, the software, the operating system, down to the last nut and bolt, has been included, so that when you collect or we deliver and install your computer equipment, it functions correctly and reliably from the moment it is first turned on.
